Special Terms and Conditions – Mechanic “Get to Know the Harvest in Mendoza”

Terms and Conditions corresponding to the mechanic arranged by the Developer that meet the conditions indicated in this document.

SPECIAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE MECHANIC “GET TO KNOW THE HARVEST IN MENDOZA”

Gralcey S.A. (hereinafter, the “Organizer”), a company incorporated in the Oriental Republic of Uruguay, with legal address at Andes 1365 Apt. 308, Montevideo, Uruguay, launches the following mechanic for those Users who meet the requirements established in these terms and conditions (the “Special Terms and Conditions”). These Special Terms and Conditions form part of the App's General Terms and Conditions available at https://help.belo.app/es/articles/5362779-terminos-y-condiciones-generales, which are mandatory and binding, and the participant declares that they know and accept them. Any failure to comply with these terms, the procedures, or the systems established herein implies immediate exclusion from the mechanic.

1. REQUIREMENTS TO PARTICIPATE IN THE MECHANIC: Only natural persons who simultaneously meet the following requirements may participate: (i) be over 18 years old; (ii) be holders of a Belo Account; (iii) comply with the mechanic indicated in these Terms and Conditions (the “Mechanic”). All requirements of this clause must be fully complied with, without exception, by participating Users. If the Developer detects any breach, falsity in the data provided, or irregularity in meeting the requirements, the User will be automatically disqualified, without the possibility of appeal or complaint to the Developer.
   
   
   

2. THE DEVELOPER: The Mechanic was created and organized by the Developer, who is responsible for the mechanic, control, and verifications of the entire process described in the Special Terms and Conditions of the Mechanic.
   
   
   

3. MECHANIC: The Mechanic takes place across the various social networks of the Organizer during the Mechanic Term. Anyone wishing to participate may do so by complying with the interactions proposed by the Organizer on its official Instagram channel (@beloapp_br), indicating the User’s “belotag” in the comments, as shown in their Belo Account.
   
   
   

4. MECHANIC: The Mechanic consists of the participation of all Users who meet the requirements of Clause 1 for a reward in which 1 (one) winner (the “Winner”) will be determined. The selection will be carried out through a random process, which may use electronic or manual tools, and will be internally supervised by the Developer.
   
   
   

The Winner selection will occur on December 4, 2025 at 6:00 PM (GMT-3). The date and time may be modified, but may not be postponed beyond November 5, 2025 at 8:00 PM (GMT-3).

At the same time, 1 (one) alternate Winner will be selected in case it is not possible to contact the primary Winner.

The Winner will be notified within the following two (2) days, by communication sent to the email registered in the App. If the Winner does not respond to the Developer within that period, they will lose the Reward and their status as winner, without the right to compensation or indemnification, and the Organizer will proceed to contact the alternate. The same notification mechanism applies to the alternate. If it is not possible to award the Reward, it will remain unclaimed and with the Organizer.

5. REWARD: The Reward will be a trip for one (1) Winner and one (1) companion to Mendoza, Argentina, from March 5 to 8, 2026 (the “Reward”), including:
   
   
   

– Round-trip economy class airfare for 2 people, with carry-on baggage included, on the São Paulo (Brazil) – Mendoza (Argentina) route. If the Winner resides in another city, the Organizer may, at its discretion, replace that segment with an equivalent one from the city of residence to Mendoza, or provide an additional connection segment to the departure airport, always subject to availability and up to a maximum limit of USD 300 per person. Costs above that amount will be the Winner's responsibility.

– Accommodation for two (2) nights for two people in Mendoza, at one of the hotels previously selected by the Organizer, subject to availability on Belo Travel (travel.belo.app). If, due to availability or force majeure, none of the hotels is available, the Organizer may assign a hotel of equivalent category and location, always through Belo Travel.

– One excursion for two (2) people, operated by Civitatis (https://www.civitatis.com/br/mendoza/), on a date to be coordinated within the trip itinerary, subject to the supplier’s availability and the service’s current terms and conditions.

The Reward does not include:

– Visas, permits, passports, vaccines, or other immigration/health requirements necessary to use the Reward.
– Internal transfers not specified, excess baggage, additional baggage, upgrades, insurance, meals, and personal expenses not expressly indicated as included.
– Transfers of the Winner and companion to/from the departure or arrival airport in their city of origin/destination.

The Reward is personal and non-transferable, and may not be exchanged for other goods, services, or cash.

The Winner and their companion are responsible for all documentation necessary to leave their country and enter Argentina. The Organizer is not responsible for paperwork, denials of documentation or entry. Issuance of the Reward depends on the availability of airlines, accommodations, and suppliers. Once the tickets have been issued and reservations confirmed, no changes will be allowed.

The Winner and their companion must comply with the policies of the airlines, accommodations, and suppliers. The Organizer is not liable for cancellations, delays, overbooking, strikes, acts of third parties, or force majeure that affect the trip. Travel or health insurance is the Winner's responsibility.

5. TERM: The Mechanic is valid from November 17, 2025 at 12:00 PM (GMT-3) until October 31, 2024 at 11:59 PM (GMT-3) (the “Term”). All Users who complete the Survey within the Term will participate in the Mechanic.
   
   
   

6. TERMINATION CONDITION: Failure to comply with these Special Terms and Conditions, the closing of the Belo Account at the time the Reward is awarded, failure to submit the information and documents required by the App, and/or any additional documentation requested, will cause the User to lose the possibility of participating in the Mechanic. The Developer reserves the right to disqualify any fraudulent action.
   
   
   

7. MODIFICATIONS: These Special Terms and Conditions may be suspended, canceled, or modified, in whole or in part, at any time, at the sole discretion of the Developer, without the participants having any right to claim. The Developer is the only legal entity with authority to interpret all matters related to these terms and conditions.
   
   
   

8. PERSONAL DATA: The use of the information complies with the security standards of the Privacy Policy, ensuring the absolute confidentiality of the Personal Data provided by Users, except where disclosure is necessary to comply with applicable law.
   
   
   

9. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION: For any dispute related to the Mechanic, the laws of the Oriental Republic of Uruguay shall apply. The User agrees to file any claim exclusively through the means provided in the Developer’s communication channels, intended to streamline communication between the Parties and resolve conflicts.
