No. Access to and use of the platform do not generate costs, only savings.
How can I redeem a benefit?
We suggest you explore all categories at your own pace. You'll probably find benefits you never imagined existed and that are part of your everyday life. When you choose one, we'll ask you to log in with your email (the same one you used to sign up in the app 😉) and click “I want this coupon”. Each benefit has its own terms and conditions — you'll easily find how to redeem it in the description.
At which stores can I request a discount?
Currently, there are more than 150 establishments, valid exclusively within Brazilian territory.
Do the discounts apply to in-store or online purchases?
In general, discounts apply to both in-store and online purchases. Depending on the establishment, there may be some restrictions—just check the benefit description.
What should I do if I have any problems redeeming a benefit?

Yes, the benefits of Belo Plus are updated periodically. Some brands may be removed, and new offers may emerge.
