How do I add money to Belo?
You can do it with the digital assets enabled in the app or locally by generating a payment link from the “Deposit” section. You enter the amount, transfer it from your local bank account, and the money is automatically credited to your balance as virtual assets.
How long does it take for the money to be credited?
The links are valid for 24 hours. Once the transfer is completed, the balance is credited automatically.
What happens if the link expires?
You can duplicate it from the "Closed" tab in the app to generate a new one with the same amount, or create one from scratch.
Do I need a Bolivian bank account to use belo?
You need a Bolivian bank account to load bolivianos. To buy digital assets with a balance that's already been loaded, it's not necessary.
Can I receive money from third parties?
Yes, you can share your payment link with another person so they can transfer money to you from their Bolivian bank account.
Does the virtual card work at local Bolivian merchants?
